very affordable, always available and easy to find in store. sometimes i used it to replace 'asian style noodle' by boiling it with bicarb soda and salt, boil it a bit longer 2-3mins over the instructions, then rinse with cold water to get rid of the baking soda taste. the spaghetti become a bit springy texture and you can eat it as ramen style.
