We really like cryovac meat, it is tenderised and soft and tasty. We barbeque this meat with a marinade of honey and soy.

scotch fillet steaks , comes in a handy pack . great for bbq . stews.or simply marinated and baked in the oven. I'm not a fan of the new packaging in airtight slips I find them hard to get open I also think the steak could be bigger not very good value for money

Great size for a couple. We cut the steak into small pieces and stir fry it with capsicum and onions. The thinnest of the steak makes it easy to cut and cook quickly for dinner after a long day at work.
