Butter leaf blend is already washed and ready to eat. It's australian grown. Nice big leaves and crispy, I make different salads with butter leaves. A nice side salad with a meal. It's 5 stars. And very healthy with vitamins. Cons after I open a pack and have left overs the leafs don't last long they sweat alot in the plastic and go off
