Love the Butter Leaf Blend for its delicate buttery texture and mild flower. I also love the fact that the Butter Leaf Blend is an excellent source for Vitamins A & C and folate and also fat free and cholesterol free. The only downside for this Butter Leaf Blend is that it doesn’t stay fresh for more than a couple of days so it should be used within 24 hours. I have bought this Butter Leaf Blend many times only to find that many of its leaves have wilted and turned brown.
