Photo Review of By Laurent Rye Sourdough Vienna

The Coles Finest Sourdough Rye bread is dark and tasty and has very similar composition to Coles Light Sourdough Bread, which has a lighter colour (both contain 20% rye flour). It can be assumed nearly 88-89% of all other ingredients is wheat flour. Where does the darker colour of rye bread come from? If it comes from the use of whole meal wheat flour instead of white flour, shouldn’t that be mentioned in the list of ingredients?
