This Coles Thyme has such a fresh taste and aroma, and I love to use it in dishes such as a herbed chicken dish. It's handy to have it fresh in the fridge but it can deteriorate in these punnets so it is best to use it quickly.

I got the dried time which was not overpowering in taste. I put it in a slow cooker lamb shank recipe and it did the trick quite well.

It is good for making steak, i put it in the oil while cooking the steak. Pouring the oil with thyme on the steak make the steak smells even better. The taste is good. And the packaging of the product is also convenient to use.

This punnet of fresh thyme was fresh and fragrant. I love that it is Australian grown produce, and that the herbs are fresh - not dried- so they have much more flavour. They came in a nice, large bunch. It was priced fairly at the supermarket, although a touch pricey.
