These Coles organic free range large eggs have wonderful rich golden yolks with great flavour and no strong egg odour. Certified organic feed and outdoor roaming hens make them a healthy choice for the whole family, ideal for frying, boiling and baking. However, they cost significantly more than regular eggs, and a small number of eggs arrive with thin fragile shells. Despite the minor downsides, the superior taste and organic certification keep me coming back.
