These are on the thicker side so it takes too long to cook. I cut it in half and press down on it while cooking. It’s a bit too fatty for my liking. The herbs make the flavour better.

great buy to make beef burgers. you get 4 beef patties in a tray and it taste fresh. it’s easy to cook in the pan and prepare burgers for the family. the price is ok and you can choose different flavors depending on your liking. the meat is soft, golden brown when cooked and a good size to fit in my burger buns.
