Love this salad by all the time I use for lunch I just add some cold meat beetroot pineapple or whatever the other salad things I have popped into a container and off to work. I go. It’s great value because I can get about 3 to 4 lunches out of it .

This is a percent salad to have with a form of protein on a busy week night. The amount of dressing is great. The salad doesn’t get soggy. The amount of crunchy of salad is good for our family of four. I sometimes add some extra crunchy noodles and a mix of seed and berries to add more crunch and flavour to the salad.

I love the combo of crunchy and the soy-sweet dressing. Only make this salad very close to serving because the crunchy noodles tend to absorb the dressing and the go soft and soggy, and it loses its texture.

The Coles Kitchen Asian Style Salad Kit is super crunchy and enjoyable — the crispy noodles especially are the highlight. The flavours work well overall and it’s great for a quick, easy meal. My only downside is the soy & sesame dressing, which isn’t really my favourite, and the ingredient list is heavier on seed oils and additives (E-numbers like 500, 450, 307b, 160b, 415) than I’d prefer. It could definitely be healthier. Still, a solid, convenient option when you want something fresh with a good crunch.

salad kits are always good, the only thing that I’d like to see more of would be the salad dressing, if your sharing with a few adults it would be nice to have a little more dressing, but other then that. the salad is great!
