This is a really nice salad. It’s crunchy and the dressing really gives it some nice flavour. I wish they made it in smaller packets though, sometimes I can’t finish the packet before it starts to lose its freshness.

This was the second time I’m buying the Coles Kitchen Mexican Style Salad Kit 400g and that’s because the salad looks vibrant and fresh with a good mix of vegetables plus cheese. Most importantly I liked the salad dressing which was just right - not too spicy and not light. I usually add my own ingredients as well like cheese and biscuits etc. 400g is a little bit more than 1 person especially with additional ingredients. Great for sharing between 2 persons. Only downside is that they don’t last forever. I usually eat them straight away like 1 or 2 days in fridge at most.
