Great sunflower seeds come in 150 g pack. They are well priced. They are not dry at all. Have heaps of flavour. Love to have some sprinkled on top of my breakfast, some yogh and fruit and also really good to make easily bars or health bites

I used sunflower seeds and found them really tasty and versatile. They had a nice crunch and a slightly nutty flavor that worked well both as a snack on their own and as a topping on salads, oatmeal, and baked goods. I buy Coles sunflower seeds to mix in with my homemade granola that I sprinkle over my yoghurt every day they are inexpensive and good quality
