An affordable, mess free and convenient way to add the taste of Garlic to meals. I especially like and use it to marinate meat and flavour stews when I dont have fresh garlic on hand. A little goes a long way and is always consistent. Only thing I find at times i need to throw it out sooner as it clumps and hardens.
