I reach for this all the time, especially on nights when I can’t be bothered peeling and chopping fresh garlic. A quick sprinkle into pasta, roast veggies, or even on chips gives that nice garlic flavour without the extra effort. It’s one of those little pantry items you don’t think about much, but you definitely notice when you run out. The jar lasts ages too, which is always a win.
