This Toffee Pecan Roulade is decadent, rich and full of flavour. Very sweet but has a beautiful toffee, pecan flavour. A great entertaining dessert to share with friends or family.

The soft meringue and pecan pieces are nice however it is extremely sweet. Also due to softness it is very easy for it to collapse into one side of the container.

We were excited to find a dessert that’s gluten free! It’s very nice, a good easy option to take with you when going to a friends. It is incredibly sweet however, we could only eat a little bit. The texture and flavours are great and it lasted very well in the fridge for days.
