I always buy the Coles home brand pepitas as they are nice and cheap and I go through them as I use them in my granola that I sprinkle on my yoghurt everyday

Good quality Peoria seeds but not a lot in the packet. Coles brand cheaper than the more well known brands but the same taste.

Pepitas are an excellent source of zinc and plant oils. the Coles brand are a good price. great for snacking on their own or adding to salads for some crunch. add to yoghurt, porridge or muesli as well.
