roast this in the oven with potato and carrot then blend with some chicken stock for q a quick and healthy pumpkin soup. sweet and nutty with a smooth texture this pumpkin is very versatile.

I always chose butternut pumpkin as its just more tasty in my opinion. This one was on special and just the size I needed. I use it mostly to boil and mash which it’s always fresh and easy to do so and comes up well.
