I love that this is already chopped for me so it makes it super convenient to cook with. I just need to display the wrapping and remove seeds and boil it :) love this!

I also like the pumpkin seeds. Cut a half of pumpkin is easy for barbecue.2.5 in coles. Smart choice.

All round vegetable now the weather has cooled. a sweet nutty flavour when roasted good as a side or med into soup.

easy to purchase and seems quite fresh. more expensive than buying whole at a fruit market but I suppose we pay extra for the convenience that it is already cut.
