I love butternut pumpkin so much that I bought two of these wrapped halves from Coles. One was used tonight with a roast lamb dinner with lots of leftovers, and the other will be used in a vegetable lasagne. Pumpkin goes well with so many foods. It is also lovely in pasta and makes delicious soup.

I often purchase half a butternut pumpkin. This gives me the opportunity to see the colour of the pumpkin. This product has a Health star rating of five and needs to be stored in the fridge.
