Review of Coles Wrapped Butternut Pumpkin

I picked this up to save time on prep and it was really handy. I’ve roasted it as a side dish and also added it to salads and dinners. It’s fresh, convenient, and makes cooking a lot quicker for me without the mess of cutting a whole pumpkin.
