Coles Half Cut Butternut Pumpkin is such an easy and delicious side. Being pre-cut saves so much prep time, and it roasts up beautifully — soft, sweet, and full of flavour. We had it with a roast beef and it was absolutely perfect. Just pop it in the oven and it comes out tender and caramelised, making dinner feel extra special with hardly any effort.
