Butternut pumpkin is my personal favourite as I just feel it cooks up well and is tastier and creamier than other types of pumpkins for example. Butternut pumpkin is great for soups or roasted, but also nice in salads too. I like that Cole’s have them cut and wrapped so you can buy and use what you need rather than a whole pumpkin. I do find however that pumpkin doesn’t last too long before the quality starts to go bad and mould spots appear. 4 stars.
