Coles Baby Broccoli is nutritious and versatile vegetable with high levels of vitamins A, C, and E, calcium, and fiber, which may help with heart health and digestion. Sometimes it may be a little expensive, but then they always put them on special, that’s when I like to buy this product. I like eating this product because it does offer so many great health benefits and it just an all great rounder, I can eat every day.
