Always my preferred option for steamed vegetables. It has a more vibrant flavour than regular broccoli and looks so pretty when I can get a bunch that includes little yellow blossoms

Despite the expense, these gems really are a delight to eat! They are both flavoursome and nutritious, and, like all greens, are a great source of iron. Steam them or crunch ‘em raw.
