Review of Baby Broccoli

Baby broccolini is such a fresh and tasty veggie! I love how tender the stems are compared to regular broccoli, and the slightly sweet flavor makes it perfect for stir-fries, roasting, or just a quick steam with garlic and olive oil. It cooks fast and always feels like a healthy side dish that goes with almost anything. Definitely one of my go-to greens when I want something light but full of flavor.
