Of all the different types of pumpkins, Kent pumpkins are my favorite. They're sweet and delicious, and they're all-around enough to be used in most dishes. That's why they're always on my bucket list.

sweet, small ampunt of seed space, thin skin. used skin for veg stock, used pumpkin for soup used seeds for snack. loved.

great baked, mashed, blended. great beside any meal. full of flavour and goodness, it being pre cut provided a great amount for 2 to eat and being pre cut in half it is less likely to have more waste.
