Pros: ​Convenience: Having it pre-cut and deseeded is a massive time-saver. ​Flavour & Texture: Kent pumpkin has a great, slightly sweet flavour and a smooth texture once cooked. ​Versatility: Works perfectly for roasting, steaming, soups, or mashes. ​Cons: ​Portioning: Sometimes the pieces are larger than what I need for a single meal, so I have to make sure I have a plan to use the rest quickly.
