These portions of cut Kent Pumpkin were sweet, fresh, and flavoursome. I bought this pumpkin to use in a soup, but it goes equally well in baked dishes like fritatta, or cooked in a pan with other veggies, or used in a risotto. I like that this pumpkin was grown in Australia, so I felt confident in my purchase. Nutritionally dense and packed with fiber, this pumpkin is a tasty and versatile way to increase my family's intake of vegetables. 5 stars!
