Coles cut watermelon is normally hit or miss. This normally comes down to the season of the year or how fresh the product has been over the course of the day. Normally it’s crunchy, Juicy and fresh. If it’s not it can become very brittle and almost too sweet - normally a sign it’s well ripened.
