Very good for hydration as it contains lot of water. Water and fiber promote smooth digestion and regularity. Price is very reasonable. Helps lower blood pressure and has antioxidants.

no issues. just a standard price of watermelon so I give in four stars. I really need my socks knocked off to give out fives stars when it comes to watermelons.
