Watermelon is a great refreshing snack but also great in juices, smoothies and cocktails! Seedless watermelon does not contain real watermelon seeds which are large, black and glossy but can contain smaller white infertile seed casings. These seed casings are soft and edible. A cut portion of watermelon is best stored in the refrigerator.
