These are super cute and handy for school lunch boxes and crudites, however are a much more expensive option than just cutting up a cucumber. I guess you do get a better crunch to. pulp ratio....

Salads are the most common I use these for. I do try to make my own version of smashed cucumbers like I had from a restaurant. They're small which is perfect for snacking with dips too.
