these baby cucumbers come in a conviniently sized package from the supermarkets. they are a very healthy snack for our kids lunch boxes or just on the go. we cut them up into strips for them. they need to be consumed within a few days of purchasing.

I love to eat cucumber, like these Qukes Baby Cucumbers from Coles, when they are in season in the warmer months. They are refreshing and delicious in many recipes, and I love the crunch. I used these ones in a summer soup and they really added to it, but they would also be nice with dip.
