These high fibre low GI 7 seeds and grain rolls are my favourite weekend breakfast. cooked on both sides, under the grill until you hear a few seeds pop . then smothered with butter and Vegemite and topped off with a slice of cheese. then back under the grill for the cheese to melt. so delicious. The only problem is the bakery done bake these every day so when you see them in store be sure to grab a four pack.
