This vegetable “Broccolini is one of our main vegetables in our shopping lists and always in our main dish when i cook meal for my family , either just steam it, stir fry veggies, making soup. Broccoli contains many vitamins and minerals, fibre and antioxidant. It also has a variety of health benefits such as helping reduce inflammation, cholesterol levels and stabilising blood sugar. Although it offers a lot health benefits, however it can cause gas especially we consume it on a daily basis. Thus to avoid from gas discomfort, we have to eat or consume it moderately. Also to keep it fresh, keep it a in plastic container with a bit of water and let it stands up to soak the trunk of broccoli and leave it in the fridge.
