Review of Coles Family Broccolini

Broccolini is one of my favourite vegetables to cook with. It has a mild, slightly sweet flavour and tender stems that cook quickly, making it perfect for roasting, stir-frying, or simply sautéing with garlic and olive oil. When it’s fresh, it has a nice crunch and bright green colour that really elevates any meal.
