I recently tried the Coles Kaleslaw salad and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a really fresh mix of kale, cabbage, carrot and other crunchy vegetables, and it holds up well without going soggy like traditional coleslaw sometimes does. The kale gives it a bit more texture and makes it feel a little healthier too. The dressing is light and slightly tangy, which works well with the crunchy veggies without overpowering them. It’s a great quick side for BBQs, sandwiches, or even just as a simple lunch with adding a tin of tuna or chicken. The only downside is that sometimes the dressing sachet can be a bit small if you like a well coated salad, but overall it’s a convenient and tasty option when you want something fresh without having to chop everything yourself.
