I have been using epsom salts in my hot bath for 3 weeks now and am trying different brands to relax my muscles.. This dissolves well. The box is great for storage but would benefit from a way of protecting the contents from water and a pouring outlet.

a old favourite to have on hand when you've done that extra work gone that extra mile and your body needs to have a nice salt bath .!! Epsom salts will relax and will releave those aching joints it's a plant nutrient.! and can be a fabric softener one kilo granules a very reasonable price coles Epsom salts have a bath today

Epsom salts are the best thing to put in the bath and unwind. Muscles are soothed and relaxed along with all your tension drifting away in a hot Epsom salt bath. I soak at least once a week for an hour. Body feels better , skin feels softer and I sleep like a baby

A nice big box of Epsom salt to soak the muscles or tirec feet. You don't need to use anywhere near as much as stated on the directions and I always partly dry myself and then apply some magnesium oil spray on the worst areas (i.e. back, quads, calves). Very therapeutic.
