It’s decent. Texture’s alright once it’s pressed and cooked properly, and it soaks up flavour okay with the right marinade. Not the best tofu out there, but definitely not the worst. Good for a quick meal, just needs a bit of effort to make it taste good.

I buy Nature's Kitchen Firm Tofu as it is the best one to make faux butter chicken (Tofu) I make it for my daughter who is vegan, it works well in other meals too
