These Coles brand Pitted Dates are soft, aromatic, and sweet. I like that these are packed with fiber and are naturally sweet, they contain no added sugar. Indeed, I like that this product is quite unprocessed, the ingredients are listed as just dates and subflower oil. These taste great eaten straight from the pack as a little sweet pick me up, or baked in pies, cakes, and other desserts. These dates were only a few dollars for the package too, so quite an affordable purchase. Natural, sweet, versatile and delicious, these are a great buy. 5 stars!
