It’s pre-washed and chopped making it easy to use straight out of the bag; Kale is known for being high in Vitamins A, C & K as well as anti-oxides and fibre. It can be used in various dishes from salad to soups. Only con is that it’s relatively pricy for being organic and taste could be too strong & bitter for some.
