I used this asparagus in pasta and it was fantastic – tender, fresh, and added a lovely crunch. It cooked quickly and kept its bright green colour, making the dish look and taste amazing.

love, love, love asparagus. its a staple in my house and we love to barbeque it. My only gripe is i wish supermarkets would stop using elastic bands around the top of the spears, it constantly breaks, bruises and squashes them.
