I love how much time this saves me during the week; it's perfectly washed and ready to toss straight into my morning smoothies or a quick stir-fry. The kale stays remarkably crisp in the fridge for several days, which is great for meal prepping. My only minor complaint is that there are occasionally some thick, woody stems mixed in that I have to pick out, but for the price and convenience, it's definitely a staple in my grocery haul!

Earthy, fibrous, and easy to throw into anything. Great for soups, eggs, or smoothies. Needs a good wilt or massage to tame the chew. Frozen's fine-just don't overcook or it turns swampy.

it’s healthy tasting. has lots of “bumps” and hard stumps but that’s kale for ya. the leaves are firm, not floppy. great for salads. excellent choice for diabetics.

great for woman that have pcos. can use it in salads, wraps even in smoothies to help with that craving late at night. I find that since I havr eaten it it has allowed me to enjoy more things in life then before.

kale has amazing benefits for our body. it's great for a liver. it tastes a bit bitter if it's raw, but it tastes amazing if it sauteed or boiled.

I like Chopped Kale for its convenience and saving time on washing/chopping. This large bag of kale came in handy on some busier days, as the kale was already thinly chopped. There were a few small stem pieces, but not very many. It was fresh and delicious. This kale tastes nice and comes in large portions. I used to add some to my stroganoff for some included vegetables. I also made an omelette. It goes well in this.
