These Coles Kitchen Broccoli Florets and Carrots are handy for when you are in a rush to get dinner on the table but still want to serve some vegetables. Although the instructions advise cooking them in the microwave, I find they are much nicer and better cooked on the stove. We had them as a side tonight with pork medallions and, although they don’t taste quite as good as freshly chopped vegetables, they are a pretty good option.

This handy bag of vegetables is convenient for single households like mine especially when I don’t want to buy or won’t use a whole vegetable quick enough therefore this bag of pre cut / pealed vegetables is great. The quantity is good for 2-3 people but I use mine across a few days for myself. You can air dry them, roast them or boil them as they are ready to go as is for any of your choice. The bags often feel as though they have been frozen in the past however so 4 stars.

When short on time these are fantastic and delicious and super convenient 😋 I just add these to a server of Drysdale and stirfry them up for a quick and easy meal just add a protein of your choice and super delicious 😋

always good for helth. friendly for one person's dinner. just boil and eat them, that's all. They are very tasty. add a pinch of salt and pepper and mix them. Add lemon juice on top it's wonder.
