I normally buy the whole bunch, but this time I decided just to buy the trimmed version as I didn't need so much. Either way I find celery to be quite expensive, but it's an ingredient I often can't do without especially for soup, bolognes and salads. I wish it was cheaper and even less quantity as I cannot use all of a fresh bunch. often gets limp and thrown out. Crispy, tasty, good quality.
