These free-range eggs are really good quality. the yolks are rich, and they work amazingly well for cakes and desserts. They’re a bit on the pricier side, but overall very reliable and great for baking!

The egg shell is firm and doesn’t break when you pick it up. Excellent taste. Nice Yellow yolk. I normally have it fried sunny side up. But excellent to use in crepes and scrambled eggs. I like to buy free range eggs if possible.
