I love eggs. They’re so nutritious and excellent for fat loss. They’re so versatile as well. I only ever buy the free range variety however I feel more stringent rules should apply to the industry to ensure animal welfare. These extra large eggs are a good balance between large and jumbo, excellent portion size.

great eggs. we are currently eating a lot of these so it’s great that the quality from the supermarket branded eggs is great. always free range where possible
