I like these Gluten Free Beef Burgers Graze Grass Fed Oregano & Fresh Parsley for their soft, fluffy texture and delicious taste. I Was excited to find these. They are soft, but I found them to be a bit dry though, and they are not that sturdy - they kept falling apart. I will try BBQ them next time to see if that helps, as I imagine they would BBQ well. It tasted exactly like a beef burger; I would definitely buy it again!!
