This one’s a family favorite the kids enjoy white bread, but I really appreciate that. It’s high fiber and Low GI as well. Great for school lunches and an afternoon sandwich, but already halfway through this loaf So it’s been a crowd pleaser this week. we highly recommend the Coles high fiber, low G.I. white sandwich loaf.

No risky additives which is healthy compared to other brands. Expensive when compared to the Woolworths bread. Tastes good, nutritious with fiber and protein content. Low sugar and sodium content.

I have actually been loving getting the Coles branded bread. This one caught my eye because it was really crusty and I know it stays fresh compared to other brands. It is also cheaper.
