Giving this 3 stars as we used it in a baked pasta bake and it was a bit grainy, had a weird texture to it. Might be better on Spaghetti

The nostalgia of this preserved cheese, is something else. Their is certainly alot of varieties you can buy, but this brings me back to my childhood. Its cheap, lasts ages, and great to have on hand. Also great on eggs too for breaky, and not just pasta.

cheap, nutritious, savoury, perfect as a topping, long shelf life as well although i would put it in the fridge once opened. perfect as an addition for pasta, highly recommend than buying brand item.

The cheese had a strong, savoury flavour that added a nice salty kick to pasta and salads. It sprinkled easily and melted well, though a little goes a long way due to its intensity.
