I bought this evaporated milk because it was the cheapest on the shelf and I had a recipe in mind. The ring pull came off the top perfectly but there was a tiny amount of spillage on the top of the can from recoil. It has a nice dark creamy colour when I poured it out into a saucepan. Today I’m making strawberry and cream ice-cream with it.
